This homeowner’s deck had been built by a company a few years back, but unfortunately the waterproofing system wasn’t installed correctly and started to leak. Over time, that caused some damage to the framing underneath.
Our team was called in to make things right 👷♂️✨
We carefully:
👉️ Removed all the existing decking
👉️ Replaced the failed membrane with a properly installed Trex RainEscape system
👉️ Rebuilt areas of the frame that had rotted
👉️ Reinstalled the original decking so the deck looks great and performs as it should
